Some friends in Lincoln recently chose to move closer to family and have therefore had to put their home up for sale. It's a great house--it was designed in 1918 by one of Frank Lloyd Wright's students for local insurance magnate William Hodnett--with a huge back yard and it sits on one of the best streets in Lincoln. Perfect for a family with young children.
We chatted about how the house was being marketed and I suggested that we create a video that would tell the story of the home and their lives in it. The video above is the result of our efforts (if you can't see the video, it's available here on Vimeo and YouTube).
When you're selling a unique home in a desirable location, this type of videography and photography really should be part of the marketing package your realtor offers. If not, suggest it. For those in central Illinois, I'd be happy to help--drop me a note.
